24 hours of training must also include first aid and CPR. Four hours of training on the fore mentioned material must be conducted prior to the miner working on-site. The initial four hours of training does allow the miner to work on a mine site under the observation of an experienced miner before completing the remainder of the training. Our instructors have hands on real experience in the mining industry. They have the ability, knowledge and experience to effectively communicate course requirements. We have developed a training system that engages the miner in the training. This system has been proven to create dialog between the students and the instructor, helping the student absorb and understand the course content. We at times substitute equivalent applicable OSHA material and other related agencies as needed to convey necessary information.
