As a part of the federal OSHA's Alliance with the Society of Chemical Hazard Communication (SCHC), a free webinar on Monday, August 13, 2012 from 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM (EST) will be presented. The webinar, “Hazard Communication 2012 – The Revised Standard and What Changes You Can Expect in the Workplace” describes changes to the Hazard Communication Standard that align it with the Globally Harmonized System (GHS). While questions will not be taken live, participants will be permitted to submit questions prior to the event, and presenters will incorporate as many topics as possible. Question submissions must be limited to the following topics: 1) Concerns on GHS Implementation and 2) Impact of GHS in the Workplace.
