Data Collection and Mitigation Assistance
Safety inspections/assessments are key tools to ensure that management, employees, and safety are working in unison to provide a safe and productive workplace. Safety inspections conducted by Trinity Safety Group offer a total safety and risk identification solution for collecting, documenting and analyzing safety observations. Our process identifies OSHA violations, liability issues and risk exposures in conjunction with a hazard mitigation strategy. Trinity Safety Group's staff is comprised of industry-leading experts in hazard recognition and hazard remediation. All of our accredited, certified, and degreed staff are well versed in best practices, OSHA and MSHA regulations. It is with this knowledge that we conduct third party, non-biased safety inspections/assessments.
Tracking, Trending & Documentation
Our comprehensive safety assessment captures positive observations, at-risk behaviors and at-risk conditions. The report includes photos/videos, a detailed description of all observations, and advisement on mitigation of at-risk issues. All information remains confidential. Identifying the hazard is the first step of the process. Our system allows us to help our clients track the hazards to resolution. This process reduces the exposure time and ensures the hazard is not left uncorrected.
We also offer a trend analysis system. We compile the data collected in our inspection/assessment and provide monthly, quarterly and annual reports. The summary report provides easy-to-use graphs and charts to track and trend observations to identify leading and lagging indicators per category. Once the trends have been identified, we can then assist with developing a safe plan of action to reduce the recurrence of at-risk situations.
OSHA Compliance & Accident Prevention
It's not just about complying with OSHA. It's about preventing accidents. OSHA standards require companies to perform periodic inspections of their job sites or facilities to ensure a safe work environment for their employees. At Trinity Safety Group, we have safety professionals who are highly experienced in the proper and effective methods of inspecting a job site to find and eliminate potential hazards.
