Gold Rush was the construction of a $1.4 billion paper mill in Salt Lake City, Utah. A Trinity Safety Group team member was responsible for managing all aspects of safety for the earth stabilization process which included over 700 auger castings, two cranes and multiple pieces of heavy equipment performing mass excavation work. A very stringent safety program governed this project. Trinity Safety Group managed and developed all aspects of safety on this project to minimize loss and exposure. Our services included: developing a site safety plan, site orientation, daily safe to work plan, security, equipment inspection process and facilitating the substance abuse program. This project was completed without a lost time or recordable incident.
