The Indiana Convention Center Phase V Project

A $275 million project. The project consisted of demolition of the RCA Dome and adding a 420,000 square foot, multi-story addition. Trinity Safety Group worked exclusively with the General Contractor in the management of the safety performance for multiple general trade contractors. We designed and conducted daily orientation, completed daily safety observations and conducted all necessary training specific to the project. Our team worked in conjunction with the Construction Manager and ISCSA on coordinating construction work in active Convention Center areas. This scope of work was successfully completed with zero recordable and lost time incidents.
