Description of Trinity Services and performance

Trinity Safety Group implemented a comprehensive risk management system to effectively monitor and track critical aspects and performance of the OCIP program. Our role was to facilitate the contractor onboarding process collecting and evaluating training, safety programs and site specific plans.  Our team conducted field observations, daily pre-task plan reviews to identify risk exposures and areas of low performance. Communication channels were established with the MTA contracting team to maintain alignment and consistency across the program. Monthly and annual reports were prepared summarizing progress, leading and lagging indicators, accomplishments, current and planned activities, safety action plans, claim information and contractor engagement. The TSG team in unison with USI Insurance took an pro-active, hands-on role in risk management and loss control. Minimizing hazards using the best people, processes and technology in the industry.
